Cost of Shipping
Shipping costs depend on your location and the shipping option you choose at checkout.

Shipping Methods Offered
We offer Free Shipping on certain products (Lower 48 States Only), UPS ground, 3 day, 2nd day, and next day. Local customers also have the option of picking up in person. On orders that are shipped for free, your parts will arrive within 7-10 days using the most cost-effective shipping option. Orders placed after noon are not guaranteed to ship on that same day. Please contact our Customer Service department if you need expected ship times.

Rush Shipping
We offer UPS 2nd day or next day. Please see below for Shipping Service Options and Saturday delivery Options.

Shipping Times
Unless you select a specific shipping time (3rd day, 2nd day, or next day), shipping time will depend on your location. Generally speaking, most orders arrive in 3-5 business days. Special orders, large items, and items that are temporarily out of stock take longer.

Tracking Information
We typically provide a UPS tracking number when your order ships.

Product Damage During Shipment
If your item is damaged upon receipt, contact Better Cars/Better Car Inspections immediately so we can contact the shipping company. It is their responsibility to ensure the package is delivered undamaged. All damage claims must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the order or the claim will be voided.
Also, you must retain ALL shipping packages for inspection by the shipping company. Failure to keep damaged boxes may result in any and all damage claims being denied.

Missing Parts or Incorrect Orders
If you receive your order and something is missing or you received the incorrect parts, Please contact us as soon as possible. Missing items need to be reported within 3 days of the order being delivered or the claim will be voided. Please email customerservice@bettercarinspections.com with your order number and the name or part# of the missing item or incorrect part. Once we receive it, we will have your claim processed as soon as possible. Claims placed after 30 days of delivery will be voided with no exclusions.

Address Change and Can my shipment be edited
Once you place your order, we start working on it right away. If you’re looking to change the delivery address before the order ships, call us right away to make arrangements. However, if the order has already shipped, you’ll need to contact the carrier with your tracking number to change the delivery address.
Never Receiving Order
Every order is tracked with a unique tracking number. If your order never arrives, we’ll know it. If you received confirmation that your order was delivered but someone might have taken it, that’s when we have a problem. Contact our Customer Service for next steps.

Refusing Shipment
Refusing the shipment isn’t a good way to return a product. Instead, accept the shipment and call us for return authorization.

Shipping wrong product or shipment missing products
Hey, mistakes happen. If we happen to ship you the wrong part, give our Customer Service a call right away. Getting the right part won’t cost you anything more than a little inconvenience. If you receive your order and something is missing, Please contact us as soon as possible. Missing items need to be reported within 3 days of the order being delivered or the claim will be voided. When is Credit Card Charged
We normally charge your account at the time the order is placed.

Backordered Items
Once the item is back in stock, we will ship your order ASAP if it is out of stock. We’ll also send you email notification when it does.
If you order multiple parts, we will ship the In Stock parts asap and then update you regarding the Backordered items.

Shipping to multiple addresses
Call our Customer Service first in order to make arrangements.

Ship to AK, HI, and US territories
We ship to AK, HI, and US territories, just select your state and zip code at checkout.

Shipping to PO Boxes or APOs/FPOs?
The order may need to be called in.

Shipping Internationally
Just fill out the correct shipping information at checkout.

International Duties and Taxes
Customers are responsible for all international Duties and Taxes. Better Cars/Better Car Inspections will not pay the duties/taxes and the customer will be responsible for return shipping cost when refusing to accept a shipment. Restocking fees are also applicable in certain situations.

Order Processing and Shipment
We offer same day shipping and processing whenever possible. However, special orders and temporarily out of stock parts might take a little longer. Regardless, we’ll keep you informed about your order.

Minimum Order
No, there is no minimum order, but if you’re buying small parts we always recommend buying multiples to be cost effective.

We offer Free Shipping on some Items and then UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day, and Next Day options.
