Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: What type of services do you offer?

Vehicle Inspection, RV Inspection, Diesel Inspections, and Commercial vehicle inspection (semi-trucks, vans, any type of commercial vehicle)

Q2: What is the difference between a full inspection and a full inspection premium?

The full inspection premium includes a vehicle value estimate. The vehicle value estimate estimates the value of the vehicle based on vehicles in the area and the inspection that we provide.

Q3: What is included in a full inspection?

During a full inspection, the technician will arrive at the appointment time. The first thing the technician will do is a safety precheck on the vehicle. During this the technician will check all the fluids, make sure they are full, the brakes, and the tires. If any of those are not in good health, we will NOT test drive the vehicle for our technician’s safety and the vehicles safety.

Next, our technician will perform a test drive. During the test drive the technician can test the drive train, wheel bearings, wheel noise, alignment, engine noise, and all the components inside the vehicle. During the summer we do not check the heat, it is too hot outside to verify whether the heater works properly.

After the test drive, the technician will bring the vehicle back and check the engine for any leaks and the engines health. The technician will go back through all the fluids and complete a battery voltage test.

The technician will also do a visual inspection of the interior and exterior of the vehicle checking for any signs of damage, any signs of accident damage, and any signs of paint work on the exterior. The technician will also check for any damage to the frame of the vehicle.

Lastly, the technician will do a computer diagnosis to verify the vehicle is smog ready and doesn’t have any issues.

Q4: How long is an inspection?
